These all define who Eugene Graf, the President of E.G. Construction LLC, continually strives to share
with each partnership in the home building process. From the homeowner to the Lender to the Sub-Contractor,
Eugene sees each piece of the puzzle critical to building a successful home for his clients. He invests
E.G. Construction LLC wholeheartedly into each individual project from start to finish.
Eugene comes from a family line focused on bettering the Gallatin Valley. Not only is he a fourth-generation
Bozemanite, but also a third-generation developer and builder. His experience in the building industry
includes: nearly 15 years of knowledge and skill, commercial building, private residence re-models, and
specializing in affordable residential new construction; both spec and custom.
Eugene’s passion for helping young families achieve the American Dream of home ownership brought him back
to the Gallatin Valley in 2004, after extensive training with a large mid-western builder. Since 2004 E.G.
Construction LLC has participated in each of the Southwest Montana Building Industry Association’s (SWMBIA)
“Parade of Homes”, the annual SWMBIA “Home Show”, served as the 2008 association President-leading nearly
11,000 residential home building and remodeling industry members, and sits on many boards within the
association. Eugene is a “go-getter” that likes to “round up the troops” and get new project up and
successfully running in the community.
More often than any other comment E.G. Construction LLC hears each year in the “Parade of Homes” is, “We
can afford this and the layout makes sense; this could be ours!” Nothing pleases Eugene more than to hear
all generations walking through his houses and picturing them selves living in one of his homes. He has a
knack for putting the vision into achievement.
Eugene focuses on using materials of the best quality while continuing to keep the home affordable. But
his customer service goes beyond price. The dynamics of the company are perfectly woven to build new
relationships with customers. Eugene is a “family man” himself with a beautiful wife, Erin and a son,
Geno! Being a husband, father, local, and businessman allows Eugene to relate to the needs of his clients
from the get go. Eugene and Erin enjoy getting to know clients on a personal level and look forward to
hearing from them after the home is completed.
Eugene is here to stay in the Gallatin Valley. His blood runs deep in Bozeman and he takes pride in each
project as he gets to continue participation in watching his hometown grow into a beautiful community.
